Arroyo Doble is a hidden treasure in south Austin nestled among oak groves west of Interstate 35 along Twin Creeks Road south of FM 1626. The homes were built in the 1970-1980s on oversize lots, some as large as an acre, with an average square footage of 1900. A majority of the homes are Ranch Style with decks and outdoor kitchens to enjoy the natural setting. The years have given the neighborhood character and privacy with the mature landscaped yards covered with Oak trees and the renovations to many of the homes.
