Kimberly has always had a yearning to learn and moved to Austin from her hometown of Corpus Christi to attend the University of Texas, where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in business. With a strong work ethic and a desire to help others, she began building her real estate career shortly after graduation in 1995. Kimberly continued her professional education by earning her Broker's license and currently brokers deals from the capital to the coast. When you work with Kimberly toward the sale or purchase of a home, you’ll appreciate her expert guidance as well as her down-to-earth personality. Kimberly and her husband, Terry, are passionate about travel, especially when they have a chance to meet new people and experience new cultures. It gives them a stronger appreciation for everything that life has to offer in the diverse Austin area. You will also find them enjoying the great outdoors; hiking the trails with their two dogs, Osa and Daphne, swimming in one of the many creeks around Austin or camping at one of their favorite local spots.
This magnificent duo is quickly becoming a community curator. Not only have they developed a monthly neighborhood workout group, they also organize other events in the community such as their neighborhood’s National Night Out and a little-known event, Halloweiners. As Terry says: "Kimberly has never met a stranger, so staying involved comes easy." Kimberly likes to keep a local presence in her community through engaging and fun activities suitable for the entire family.
