Meet up with us THIS Saturday, Sept. 7th for a fun morning of exercise and comraderie! We’ll play games, get our exercise on, and generally have a great time. This is a KID FRIENDLY morning of exercise and all are welcome. Any age, any fitness level can partake and pick up a few nutrition and exercise facts along the way. We hope to see you on Saturday morning!
