March 2020 looks quite different than any year I have been in real estate. While COVID-19 is changing how I conduct real estate, buyers are still buying, and sellers are still selling. It is a good time for buyers and sellers to take advantage of less competition on both sides. Buyers may have more leverage and sellers have more visibility to showcase their homes.
