The market continues to be strong with increased home sales and median home prices compared to February 2019. It also continues to be a sellers’ market, but buyers should be happy too as rates begin to decline. Something new this February is COVID-19. The Austin economy and Texas in general are strong so hopefully we can weather the storm.
