Smart Ways to Prep for Winter
We love our homes- and staying on top of routine maintenance helps us enjoy time spent there even more.
We all have the “I wish I had…” list:
- Taken care of outdoor maintenance
- Scheduled that inspection
- Not put off minor repairs I could’ve handled
Start with a monthly plan
October

- Inspect exterior lighting
- Trim bushes and trees
- Clean up and prepare garden beds and lawn
December
- Deep clean carpets
- Deep clean major kitchen appliances
- Check circuit breakers
- Test GFCI outlets
- Set ceiling fans to spin clockwise
