Wells Branch is located between MoPac and Interstate Highway 35 providing residents easy access to the two major thoroughfares in north Austin via Wells Branch Parkway. West of MoPac, Wells Branch Parkway turns into Howard Lane which has a station for the Capital MetroRail. The Capital MetroRail runs north to Leander and south to downtown Austin. The Wells Branch neighborhood is part of a Municipal Utility District which acts on the residents’ behalf to ensure a safe water supply, maintain the amenities in Wells Branch, and support the community’s effort to maintain and increase property values.

Fun In Wells Branch

There are numerous recreational activities in Wells Branch to enjoy. Katherine Fleischer Park and Willow Bend Park also have pools for lap swimming and open swim.
